Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC.

  2. In a bowl, combine the eggs and sugar. Beat everything for 10 minutes. Add the flour and beat everything at medium speed. Add the yeast and mix everything together.

  3. Pour the dough onto a tray lined with parchment paper and sprinkled with sugar.

  4. Place in the oven, preheated to 180ºC, for around 10 minutes.

  5. Remove from the oven and let cool. Unmold and spread the surface with fig jam and roll into a pie. Cover with the fig jam.

  6. Serve the fig tart at room temperature or cold and enjoy!
