Preparation

  1. Line a tart pan with the shortcrust pastry.

  2. Prick the bottom and sides with a fork.

  3. Cut the apples into thin slices with the skin and drizzle them with lemon juice. Arrange them alternately on the dough, in a spiral and without exceeding the mark.

  4. Pour the cream over the apples.

  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for around 35 minutes. Let cool and serve.
