INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cooked cod fillets
  • 1 kg boiled potatoes
  • 1 cooked Portuguese cabbage
  • 1 cooked carrot
  • 3 boiled eggs
  • 2 dl olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 egg yolk

PREPARATION:

Cut the potatoes, cabbage, carrots, cod and eggs into smaller pieces.

In a non-stick frying pan, sauté with olive oil and finely chopped garlic.

When it is well browned, add the cod, cabbage, carrot, potatoes and finally the egg. Wrap well.

On a baking dish, greased with butter, spread the old cod clothes.

Brush the surface with beaten egg yolk.

Place in a hot oven (200ºC) for around 20 minutes.
