Preparation

  1. Melt the chocolate and 100 ml of cream, stirring constantly, in a bain-marie.

  2. Let it cool for 5 to 10 minutes.

  3. Meanwhile, transfer the rest of the cream to a bowl.

  4. Using a hand blender, beat and, little by little, add the chocolate.

  5. Distribute the mixture into individual serving bowls.
