Preparation Time: 10 mins + time to marinate  |  Cooking Time: 45 mins  |  To: 3-4 people

INGREDIENTS:

  • 800 g of broad beans
  • 500 g spare ribs
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 3 Tbsp sweet pepper
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 200 ml of white wine
  • 1 pinch salt
  • Piripiri q.s.
  • 1 drizzle of olive oil
  • 1/2 beef chorizo
  • 1/2 black chorizo
  • 300 g streaky bacon
  • 1 onion
  • 100 g of tomato pulp
  • 100 g of red pepper
  • 100 g of green pepper
  • Water and chopped parsley to taste

PREPARATION:

In a bowl, season the ribs with the garlic cloves, sweet pepper, a bay leaf, white wine, salt and chilli. Coat the meat with the seasonings very well. Leave to marinate for 30 minutes.

In a frying pan, heat the olive oil, the beef chorizo, the black chorizo and streaky bacon, brown and set aside.

In a pan with olive oil, sauté the chopped onion. Add the drained meat and let it brown. Add the meat marinade, tomato pulp and mix everything together. Add the red pepper and green pepper strips, the broad beans and water. Involve everything. Add the sausages and bacon and cook for around 20 minutes. Serve with white rice if you prefer.
