Preparation

  1. Peel the onion and sweet potatoes.

  2. Cut the potatoes into cubes and the onion into slices.

  3. In a pan of boiling water, place the spinach, onion, sweet potatoes and veal steak.

  4. Season with salt. Cover the pan and let it cook for 30 minutes.

  5. Using a hand blender or food processor, blend the soup until it becomes a smooth cream.

  6. Drizzle with olive oil.

  7. Place the soup in a bowl, add some spinach and serve.
