Preparation

The cod must be soaked in water the day before. If you don't like your cod too salty, you should change the water 1 or 2 times.

Cook the eggs and cod in water (seasoned with salt if the cod is not too salty). Drain, let cool. Break the cod into pieces, cleaning it of skin and bones and cut the eggs in half. Book.

In a pan, with olive oil, brown the sliced onion. Add the chickpeas, boil for 5 minutes.

On a platter, place the chipped cod, chickpeas, onion, eggs, black olives and chopped parsley. Drizzle with olive oil and gently toss. Serve warm or cold.
