Preparation

  1. Heat a pan with the milk, butter, cinnamon stick and 2 lemon peels until it boils. When the milk boils, add the rice and cook over low heat for about 12 minutes.

  2. Let it cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until the rice is well cooked, but still brothy.

  3. Add the sugar and cook over low heat for another 5 minutes, stirring constantly over low heat.

  4. Break the yolks into a bowl and mix everything with the rice.

  5. Bring it back to a very low heat and stir for about 5 minutes.

  6. Remove from the heat and distribute into individual bowls or on a platter.

  7. Once cold, sprinkle with cinnamon powder.
