INGREDIENTS:
For the torso mass:
- 315g type 55 unleavened wheat flour
- 300g of sugar
- 125g unsalted butter
- 3 eggs
- 20g cocoa
- Red dye
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 Tbsp (tea) vanilla essence
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
buttermilk
- 240 ml of milk
- 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
Coverage
- 200 g of chocolate
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 20 g of powdered sugar
PREPARATION:
Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
In a bowl, beat the milk with the vinegar and set aside.
In the mixer add the sugar, butter and beat everything until you get a whitish cream. Add the flour, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, vanilla essence and vinegar. Make a hole in the middle and add the red food coloring. Beat everything.
Add the milk and eggs one at a time and mix everything together.
Pour the dough onto the tray and bake for 17 minutes.
In a bowl over a bain-marie, add the melted chocolate and condensed milk, mix everything.
Once the dough is cooked, sprinkle it with sugar, roll it into a pie shape and remove the paper. Leave to cool. Spread with chocolate and decorate with chocolate shavings.
