INGREDIENTS:

  • 8 eggs
  • 300 g of sugar
  • 50 g of flour
  • Zest of 2 oranges
  • Flour for sprinkling
  • Sugar for sprinkling
  • Orange to decorate
  • Tracing paper

PREPARATION:

Preheat the oven to 180ºC.

Line a tray with parchment paper and grease it with butter and set aside.

In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar for 10 minutes. Add the juice, orange zest, melted butter and flour. Beat everything very well.

Pour the dough onto the tray and place in the preheated oven at 180ºC for 15 minutes.

Sprinkle with sugar, roll into a pie shape and remove the paper. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Let cool and serve decorated with orange slices.
