INGREDIENTS:

  • 400 g peeled broad beans
  • 200 g of courgette
  • 150 g of leek
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 100 g of onion
  • 800 ml of water
  • 15 ml of olive oil
  • Coriander and salt to taste

PREPARATION:

Peel the onion and garlic cloves and cut them into pieces. Cut the courgette and leek into slices.

Heat a pan with olive oil, onion and garlic, let it brown slightly. Add water and season with salt.

When it boils, add the leek, courgette, broad beans and chopped coriander and let it cook.

When cooked, adjust the seasoning, grind the vegetables well and serve garnished with sliced ham.
