INGREDIENTS:
- 200 g of carrots
- 200 g of onion
- 200 g of courgette
- 100 g of turnip
- 200 g of cauliflower
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
PREPARATION:
Cut the onion, courgette, turnip and carrot into small pieces and cut the cauliflower into florets.
Bring a pan of water to the boil and bring to a boil.
Add the vegetables, season with salt and a drizzle of olive oil, stir and cook until soft.
When they are cooked, grind everything with the help of a hand blender and serve hot.
