INGREDIENTS:

  • 200 g of white beans
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 3 carrots
  • 1/2 Portuguese cabbage
  • 1 beef sausage
  • 1 potato
  • Salt and olive oil to taste

PREPARATION:

Leave the beans to soak overnight and cook the next day, over medium heat, for about 1 hour.

Peel the vegetables: onion, garlic, potatoes and carrots.

Wash and cut the vegetables: onion, garlic, carrot, potato and cabbage (in strips).

In a pan of boiling water, place all the vegetables, along with the beans and sliced chorizo over medium heat.

Season with salt and a drizzle of olive oil and cook for 25 minutes. Serve hot.
