INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 kg of chicken gizzards
  • 1dl of olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tomato
  • 2dl of white wine
  • Pepper, salt and parsley to taste

PREPARATION:

Trim the gizzards, removing all the fat, cook them in a pan with water and a little salt for 30 minutes.

When they are cooked, remove them from the pan and cut them into pieces and set aside.

Chop the onion and garlic cloves. Sauté them in olive oil, along with the chopped tomato and refresh with white wine.

Add the gizzards and season with salt and pepper, mix and cook for 5 minutes.

Remove the gizzards from the heat and serve with garlic bread.
