INGREDIENTS:
- 850 g turkey legs
- 2 bay leaves
- 7 cloves of garlic
- 300 g potatoes for roasting
- 150 ml of olive oil
- 1 onion
- White wine to taste
- Lemon juice
- Pepper, salt, paprika and nutmeg to taste
PREPARATION:
On a baking tray, place the sliced onion, the turkey leg, the roasting potatoes, the garlic cloves and the bay leaves.
Season with sweet pepper, nutmeg and salt. Drizzle with white wine, lemon juice and olive oil. Wrap and let marinate for about 1 hour.
Place in a preheated oven at 180ºC for approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes.
Serve sprinkled with a little parsley. You can accompany it with baked rice.
