INGREDIENTS:
- 300 g split Portuguese cabbage
- 100 ml of olive oil
- 1 tsp pepper (tea)
- 200 g cornbread
- Salt (to taste)
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 2 sausages
PREPARATION:
Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
Cook the cabbage for ten minutes in boiling water seasoned with salt.
Crumble the cornbread and set aside.
In a frying pan, heat the olive oil and sauté the garlic cloves.
Add the crumbled cornbread and cooked cabbage, season with pepper and mix everything.
Make some holes in the sausages with a toothpick or the tip of a knife.
Place the alheiras and migas on a baking tray and bake for 20 to 30 minutes, turning the alheiras halfway through the cooking time.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
