Preparation Time: 10 mins + marinating time  |  Cooking Time: 10 mins  |  To: 5 units

INGREDIENTS:

  • 5 hake fillets (400 g)
  • salt, pepper and juice of 1 lemon
  • oil to taste
  • 2 eggs
  • flour to taste

PREPARATION:

Defrost the fillets and season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Leave to marinate for at least 60 minutes.

Beat the eggs with a fork and set aside.

Place a frying pan over high heat with enough oil to cover the fillets.

Dip the fillet in flour and then in beaten egg.

Fry on both sides until golden. Remove and place on absorbent paper. Repeat the process with all fillets.

Serve the golden hake fillets accompanied by bean rice or Russian salad.
