INGREDIENTS:

  • 400 g of spaghetti
  • 30 g of butter
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 400 g of minced meat
  • 2 tablespoons of tomato pulp
  • ½ cube of meat broth
  • 1.5 dl of water
  • 1 dl of white wine
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 40g of grated cheese

PREPARATION:

Bring the water to the boil in a container and season with salt. When the water starts to boil, add the spaghetti and a stick of butter until cooked.

In a medium pan, add the olive oil and butter and lightly sauté the onion and chopped garlic cloves. Add the minced meat and let it brown a little. Add the tomato pulp, meat broth and pour over water and white wine.

Add the chopped parsley to the pan and let it cook and cook well. Season with salt and pepper.

When it is cooked, add the spaghetti, stir with two forks and sprinkle with grated cheese.
