INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 chicken legs
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • Black pepper
  • Lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp of white wine
  • 1 beef sausage
  • Salt to taste

PREPARATION:

Place the chicken thighs on a baking tray with the skin facing up and drizzle with plenty of olive oil.

Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with lemon juice and white wine.

Store in the fridge, covered with cling film and leave to marinate for at least one hour or up to 24 hours.

One hour before putting the chicken thighs in the oven, remove them from the refrigerator and leave them at room temperature.

Preheat the oven to 220º C (for 20 minutes).

Add the chorizo and bake.

Reduce the oven temperature to 180º C and keep it there until the chicken thighs and chorizo are cooked (for 40 minutes).
