Preparation time: 15 mins  |  Cooking Time: 15 mins + icing drying: overnight |

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 yolk
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 150g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder

For the frosting:

  • 100g powdered sugar
  • lemon juice

PREPARATION:

In a bowl, place the eggs, yolks and sugar. Beat everything at medium speed for 15 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 180ºC, with the upper and lower elements on.

Add the sifted flour and baking powder. Fold gently with a wire rod, in circular movements from bottom to top — this way you don't lose the air in the dough.

Place well-spaced spoonfuls of dough on a tray lined with parchment paper and bake for around 15 minutes.

Remove from the oven and let cool.

For the icing, mix lemon juice with powdered sugar until you get a firm, white and shiny consistency. Place portions on the chips and, with your fingertips, make a circular movement to create the "stripes" effect. Let it dry overnight.
