Preparation Time: 20 mins + 30 mins marinade  |  Cooking Time: 15 mins |  To: 4 people

INGREDIENTS:

  • 12 pieces of horse mackerel
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 2 bay leaves
  • corn flour
  • 2 Tbsp (soup) of vinegar
  • Oil and parsley to taste

PREPARATION:

Clean and morning the fish, wash and let it drain.

Season the fish with the garlic cloves crushed with the skin, bay leaves, salt and vinegar. Leave to marinate for 30 minutes.

Place a plate with corn flour and coat the mackerel in flour, shaking off any excess.

Heat a pan in hot oil, add the mackerel and fry until golden. Remove and place on absorbent paper to remove excess oil.

Place on a platter and decorate with lemon slices and parsley.

Serve the mackerel accompanied by naughty bean or tomato rice.
