INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 tablespoons of oil
  • 150 g beef
  • 2 eggs with a pinch of salt
  • 4 cups of cold rice (day-old rice works best!)
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 100 g red pepper
  • 100 g orange pepper
  • 1 carrot, cubed
  • 200 g purple cabbage
  • ½ chopped onion
  • 100 g green onions
  • Sweet chili
  • White pepper
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 80 g crushed almonds
  • Salt

PREPARATION:

In a wok, with a drizzle of oil, add the meat cut into small pieces and sauté for 3 to 4 minutes.

Season with white pepper, paprika, salt, and honey, mix everything and fry until golden brown. Remove to a bowl and set aside.

In the same wok, add the chopped onion and scallions, and sauté lightly. Add the diced carrots and mix everything together. Add the beaten eggs and mix well. Add the red, orange, and green bell peppers, the red cabbage, the crushed almonds, and the meat mixture. Mix everything together.

Drizzle with soy sauce and add the cooked rice. Mix everything together and cook for 2 minutes over low heat.

In a frying pan with oil, fry the egg.

Place the rice in a serving dish, top with the egg, and serve.
