INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 soaked cod fillets
  • 8 small potatoes
  • 2 onions
  • 1 red pepper
  • 4 boiled eggs
  • Oil
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Parsley

PREPARATION:

Preheat the oven to 200º C.

Cut the small potatoes into quarters, the red pepper into strips and the onion into half moons. Chop the garlic cloves and set aside. In a bowl, place the potatoes. Season with salt, sweet pepper and garlic cloves. Involve everything.

In an ovenproof dish, place the onions, red pepper and garlic cloves. Place the cod fillets on top and the potatoes around them.

Season with white pepper. Drizzle with olive oil. Turn the cod fillets upside down, season with white pepper and drizzle with olive oil.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200ºC for around 35 to 40 minutes, until golden. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
