INGREDIENTS:

  • 500 g of cleaned squid
  • 1 mug of needle rice
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/4 red pepper
  • 1/2 of beef chorizo
  • 1 tsp pepper (tea)
  • 1 tbsp (tea) sweet pepper
  • 2 tomatoes
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • 2 carrots
  • 50 ml of white wine

PREPARATION:

In a pan with olive oil, add the onion, chopped garlic cloves, sliced chorizo and let it fry for 3 minutes. Drizzle with white wine.

Add the cleaned squid and season with paprika. Add the red pepper, diced carrots and tomatoes and bay leaf. Season with pepper and salt. Mix everything together, cover and let it cook until the sauce thickens.

Add the boiling water and needle rice. Mix everything together, cover and let it cook for 10 to 15 minutes.

Place on a platter and serve hot.
