INGREDIENTS:

  • 5 cups of water
  • 4 cups of rice tea
  • 3 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • ginger
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 80g frozen peas
  • 80g frozen corn
  • 1 carrot
  • 80g green beans
  • 3 large eggs
  • 350g fresh shrimp
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp of pepper
  • 1 yellow pepper (small)
  • 1 slice of lime

PREPARATION:

In a pan of boiling water, add the rice and let it cook.

In a pan with oil, add the shrimp and cook over medium heat for about three minutes. Remove and reserve. Add the peas, green beans and carrots and cook for about two minutes.

Add the diced yellow pepper, chopped garlic cloves, ginger, frozen corn and let it cook for two minutes.

Add the beaten eggs, shrimp and mix everything together. Add the cooked rice and pour over the soy sauce. Season with pepper and salt. Mix everything together and let it cook for five minutes.

Place on a platter and serve hot.
