Preparation time: 30 mins | Total time: 40 mins | Serves: 6 - 8
INGREDIENTS:
- caramelized biscuits - Lotus (300 g)
- melted butter 6 tablespoons (120g)
- condensed milk 1 can
- ripe bananas 3 to 4 units
- cream (200 ml)
- semi-sweet chocolate shavings to taste or cinnamon powder
PREPARATION:
Crush the biscuits or use a rolling pin and transfer them to a bowl.
Add the melted butter and mix well until a moist, sandy dough forms.
Line a tart pan with a removable bottom with the biscuit mixture and spread it evenly to cover the base. Press the biscuit mixture onto the edges of the tart pan with your fingers and press the bottom with a glass. Place in the freezer for 10 minutes.
In a bowl, add the cooked condensed milk, beat everything. Pour the condensed milk into the tart pan, spread well and place banana slices on top.
Beat the cream until it forms soft peaks, cover the entire pie and texture the surface with a spoon.
Scrape dark chocolate over the top and set aside in the fridge until serving.
