Pasta Fusilli Tricolor Salad with Mushrooms

Method

 

  1. Cook the paste, in abundant water, seasoned with salt, for 8 to 10 minutes.

  2. In a frying pan with olive oil, fry the chopped garlic. Cut the mushrooms into slices; add to the oil and sauté, sea-son with salt and pepper.

  3. Drain the cooked paste and place it on a platter. Add the mushrooms, the halved tomatoes and the red cabbage cut into julienne; mixe gently.
