Mixed Salad with Egg and Olives

  1. In a pan with water seasoned with salt, cook the eggs. When they are cooked, peel and reserve them.

  2. Wash the lettuce very well, cut it into pieces and place it in a salad bowl. Add the mimi cherry tomatoes cut in half.

  3. Add the boiled eggs, cut to the buds, the spinach, the red pepper to the strips, the grated carrot and the olives. Finish by adding the mayonnaise and serve.
