Grelos Rice With Corianders

Serves 3 - 4


  1. Chop the onion and fry it in olive oil together with the bay leaf.

  2. Wash and cut the grelos and corianders. Add the onion and fry for 5 minutes.

  3. Drizzle with water (twice the volume of rice) and spice with salt and pepper.

  4. Bring to a boil and add the rice, washed and drained.

  5. Cover the pan and cook gently for 15 minutes.
