Fusilli With Broccoli

  1. Remove the leaves and cut the tips of the broccoli stems. Separate the broccoli sprigs and cut the stems into slices.

  2. In a frying pan, melt the butter and brown the chopped garlic. Add the broccoli stalks and a sliced carrot to the stew and let it stew for 5 minutes.

  3. Grind the fresh cheese with the white wine and water with the wand and separate half and add the sprigs and butter. Braise for 5 minutes over low heat.

  4. Bring water to a boil in a container and season with salt. When the water starts to boil, introduce the pasta until cooked and drain the pasta.

  5. Add the remaining cheese mixture to the broccoli and pour over the pasta and season with salt, pepper and butter. Stir until melted and serve.
