Broad Bean Salad With Chestnuts

  1. Put the boiling water in a saucepan, add the peeled broads beans and chestnuts and cook for 20 minutes.

  2. Cook the red cabbage cut the strips for 8 minutes.

  3. Arrange the beans in a bowl and add the chestnuts and red cabbage.

  4. Season with salt, pepper and drizzle with a drizzle of olive oil.

  5. Mix everything and serve.
