  1. Leave the beans to soak overnight and cook, on the next day, over low heat for about 1 hour.

  2. Peel vegetables: onion, garlic cloves, potatoes and carrots.

  3. Wash and cut the vegetables: onion, garlic cloves, carrots, potatoes and cabbage (in strips).

  4. In a pan with boiling water, place all the vegetables already duly cut and washed, together with the beans and the meat sausage cut into slices over medium heat.

  5. Season with salt and a drizzle of olive oil and cook for 25 minutes. Serve it hot.
