Pumpkin Soup with Green Beans

  1. Place a pan on low heat and bring to a boil. Drizzle with olive oil.

  2. Start by peel the potato and cut into cubes, peel the carrot and cut into slices.

  3. Peel the pumpkin aside, remove the seeds and cut into cubes. Cut the leek into slices.

  4. In a pan with boiling water, place the potato, the carrot, the punkin, the leek and the rice. Mix everything.

  5. Season with pepper and salt. Cover the pan and cook for 20 minutes..

  6. Grind everything very well with the magic wand, until a homogeneous soup.

  7. Put the pan back on the stove and add the green beans. Mix everything and cook for 10 minutes.

  8. Put the soup in a bowl and serve
