Pumpkin Soup

  1. Start by peeling the onion and garlic and cut into pieces.

  2. Peel the pumpkin aside, remove the seeds and cut into cubes.

  3. In a pan with boiling water, place the pumpkin, onion, garlic cloves and chickpeas (already cooked).

  4. Cover the pan and cook for 20 minutes.

  5. Using a magic wand or a food processor, grind the soup until it becomes a homogeneous cream.

  6. Season with salt, a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of pepper and serve.
