Green Soup With Cauliflower And Carrot

  1. Cut the onion, courgette, turnip and a carrot into small pieces and break the cauliflower into sprigs.

  2. Bring to a boil a pan of boiling water seasoned with salt and a drizzle of olive oil.

  3. Add the vegetables and cook until tender.

  4. When they are cooked, pass everything with the magic wand and serve hot.
