Broad Bean Cream With Ham

  1. Peel the onion and cut it into pieces. Cut the courgette and leeks into slices.

  2. Bring to a boil a pan with oil, add the onion and garlic and let it brown slightly. Add the water and season with salt.

  3. When it boils, add leeks, courgette, beans and coriander and bring to a boil.

  4. When it is cooked, rectify the seasonings, grind the vegetables well and serve decorated with sliced ham.
