Cod Fish With Grain And Egg

  1. The cod must be soaked the day before in water. If you dont like very salty cod, you should change the water 1 or 2 times.

  2. Cook the eggs and cod in water (seasoned with salt if the cod is not too salty). Drain, let cool. Cut the cod into chips, cleaning it from skins and bones and cut the eggs in half. Reserve.

  3. In a pan, with olive oil brown the sliced onion. Add the chickpeas, boil for 5 minutes.

  4. Place the flaked cod, the grain, the onion, the eggs, the black olives and the chopped parsley on a platter. Drizzle with olive oil and gently wrap. Serve warm or cold.
