Shrimp and white Beans

  1. Wash the shrimp and cook in water seasoned with salt. Reserve water after cooking.

  2. In a pan with olive oil, sauté an onion and chopped garlic cloves. Place the tomato pulp, the chorizo cut into thin slices and the carrot in pieces.

  3. Add the water to the shrimp and cook for 5 minutes. Refers to cooked beans, shrimp, kernels and chopped coriander. Season with salt, pepper and cook for 20 minutes.

  4. Serve with white rice.
