Yogurt Pudding

Serves 4 - 6


  1. Preheat the oven to 190ºC.

  2. In a bowl add the milk and condensed milk and mix. Add the eggs and add the natural yogurt. Stir everything very well and reserve.

  3. In a pan, make the caramel. Place the sugar and two tablespoons of water over low heat. When it starts to melt and color on the sides, stir with a wooden spoon to mix and melt evenly. When the caramel is no longer opaque, remove from the heat.

  4. Pour the caramel into the mold and spread along the sides.

  5. Take the mixture to the oven, in a bain-marie, at 190ºC, for 25 minutes.

  6. Remove the pudding after it is cooked, let it cool down and turn it out onto a plate. Finally, decorate with strawberries and serve it cut into slices.
