Strawberry mousse

  1. In a blender, add strawberries, add water, mash and set aside.

  2. In a mixer add the cream and beat. Add sugar gradually. When the cream is well beaten, add the crushed strawberries and the gelatine previously hydrated and melted and fold in all the ingredients.

  3. Then distribute the mousse in glasses and decorate with strawberries and refrigerate for 4 hours.
