Chocolate Cream

  1. Break the chocolate into small pieces and bring to a boil to melt with the milk. Add the coffee and stir.

  2. In a bowl, beat the egg yolks with the sugar until you get a homogeneous cream. Add the melted chocolate and stir.

  3. Bring the mixture to a boil in a water bath, stirring until it thickens.

  4. Remove from heat and distribute in individual bowls.

  5. Decorate with dried fruit or whipped cream.
