Spaghetti Bolognese

  1. Bring the water to a boil in a container and season with salt.

  2. When the water starts to boil, add the spaghetti and a chunk of butter until cooked. In a medium saucepan, put the oil and butter and lightly sauté the chopped onion and garlic cloves.

  3. Add the minced meat and let it brown a little. Add the tomato pulp, the broth and drizzle with water and white wine.

  4. Put the chopped parsley in the pan and cook and cook well. Spice with salt and pepper.

  5. When it is cooked, add the spaghetti, stir with two forks and sprinkle with grated cheese.
