Cut the beef into cubes. In a pan saute the onion and the garlic, chopped in oil. Add the meat and chorizo slices and fry.
Add the tomato, parsley and bay leaf. Let it cook for 5 minutes on low heat. Drizzle with hot water, cover and cook for about 20 minutes over low heat.
Add the pasta and frozen peas. Spice with salt and pepper. Let it cook gently, stirring occasionally.
