Sausages Rice

  1. Remove the sausages from the jar, wash them and cut them into slices.

  2. In a pan, with olive oil brown the chopped onion and garlic.

  3. Add the chopped parsley, sausages, mix everything and let it brown slightly.

  4. Water twice the volume of rice.

  5. Season with salt, add the diced carrots and bring to a boil.

  6. When it comes to a boil, add the washed and drained rice.

  7. Mix everything and cook for 20 minutes on a low heat or until the rice is dry.

  8. Place the rice on a platter, decorate with olives and serve.
