Fettuccine with Meatballs

  1. In a pan with hot oil, saute the onion and the chopped garlic cloves. Add the chopped tomatoes and tomato pulp.

  2. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with white wine and cook for 10 minutes over low heat.

  3. Add the meatballs and cook for about 20 minutes.

  4. Put a pot with a capacity of 5 liters of water to boil. Add the salt and cook the fettuccine for about 7 minutes, or until al dente.

  5. Drain the fettuccine and place on a platter. Top with the meatball sauce, parsley and serve.
