Veal Fettuccine Pasta

  1. Cut the meat and chorizo into cubes and the peppers into strips.

  2. Heat a pan with oil, the onion and the chopped garlic cloves over medium heat and let it simmer.

  3. Add tomato sauce, meat, chorizo and peppers. Season with pepper, salt and stir. Drizzle with white wine. Cook for 30 minutes, or until meat is tender.

  4. Put a pot with a capacity of 5 liters of water to boil. Add the salt and cook the fettuccine for about 7 minutes, or until al dente.

  5. Drain the fettuccine and place on a platter. Top with the meat sauce, olives, tomato slices and serve.
