Turkey Leg In The Oven With Potatoes

  1. On an oven tray, place the sliced onion at the bottom and the turkey leg and diced potatoes on top. Season with a little salt, pepper, sweet pepper, nutmeg, peeled whole garlic, lemon juice and bay leaf. Drizzle with olive oil and white wine and marinate for about 1 hour.

  2. Season with tomato pulp, and bake in a preheated oven at 180º for 1 hour and 30 minutes.

  3. From time to time, drizzle the turkey leg and potatoes with the sauce.

  4. Can be served with broccoli and white rice.
