Roasted Chicken Legs And Chorizo

  1. Place the chicken legs on an oven tray with the skin facing upwards and coat it well with olive oil.

  2. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with lemon juice and white wine.

  3. Store it in the refrigerator, covered with cling film and let it marinate for at least an hour or up to 24 hours.

  4. An hour before taking the chicken legs in the oven, remove it from the refrigerator and leave it at room temperature.

  5. Preheat the oven to 220º C (for 20 minutes).

  6. Add the chorizo to the pan and bake.

  7. Lower the oven temperature to 180º C and keep it like this until the chicken legs and the chorizo are cooked (for 40 minutes).

  8. Remove it from the oven and check that it is ready to serve.

  9. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
