  1. In a pan with butter, sauté the onion and chopped garlic.

  2. Add the minced meat sausage, stir until hot. Add the wheat flour and stir; then add the milk, little by little and stirring constantly, season with salt.

  3. Add the chopped parsley and ground beef and stir for 3 minutes. Remove from heat, add lemon juice and let cool.

  4. When the meat preparation is cold, form the croquettes, pass through beaten egg and breadcrumbs and place them on a baking tray lined with aluminum paper.

  5. Then bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 30 minutes or until they are golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool.
