  1. In a pan with boiling water and seasoned with salt, cook the potatoes.

  2. When they are cooked, remove the water and with the help of a crusher, undo the potatoes.

  3. Preheat the oven to 180ºC.

  4. Add milk and butter and bring to medium heat, stirring constantly until it forms a puree. Season with salt and pepper.

  5. In a frying pan, with olive oil brown a chopped onion and garlic. Add the minced meat and chorizo and let it sauté.

  6. Cool with white wine and let it evaporate. Add the cumin. Season with tomato pulp, salt and pepper. Allow to stir, stirring occasionally.

  7. In a baking dish, greased with butter, place in layers: a part of the puree, the meat preparation and cover with the puree.

  8. Brush with the beaten egg yolks and bake for 25 minutes.

  9. Can serve with sautéed greens.
